Two 20 storey tower blocks, conference centre and 9 storey car park.

Three Clerks of Works were employed on this project. They have been essential in all aspects, especially due to the lack of standards in East Africa.

Training – K.G.Wilson Consultants trained 8 post graduates to become Clerks of Works in the following disciplines - building, civils, mechanical and electrical.
