£3m millennium landscape project and 3 blocks of apartments.

Part of this contract was a £3m. urban landscaping project to commemorate the millennium which included rerouting the main road and associated services to accommodate the landscaping, together with luxury apartment blocks, in the centre of the city near the Cathedral.
